    Default One more GBH shot

    40D. 200f2.8 + 1.4x. iso 320. f/5. 1/2500s....clicked when he came out of the water after taking a sip...hence the high SS.

    The angle was too high to get a good sipping shot...that and there wasn't much light at the water level. So I estimated how he will come out and positioned myself. Glad it turned out as I wanted it to. This cooperative individual gave me a lot of opportunities to experiment with BGs and light angles.

    the little droplet between the beak adds so well KD.. nicely done

    Excellent pose KD, and I like the soft light. The curved neck adds interest to the pose, good catchlight, sharp, and the droplet an extra bonus - better than a fish

    Lovely pose. Everything came together nicely for this one. Water drop is a nice touch.

    Nicely spaced in the frame as well.
