    Haim, Im glad the youngster is gobbling down the scorpion, not for me thanks. Good interaction, and well timed to capture the feeding moment. I have actually never seen a hoopoe chick before, so this is a first for me. We have these guys constantly on our front garden.

    Cool nest!! Birds can be very adaptable to their surroundings and this shows that. I like the overall earthy tones, and despite the noon hour time this doesn't look too harsh. Comp-wise I feel that further cropping from top and right may strenghten the image.

    I'll take an image with that action anytime of day and then wait for another chance with better light.

    Very cool image Haim. Agree on the suggested comp above. The funniest thing is that while the youngster is being fed from one side, he is being strangled from the other!
