Very nice composition, Denise. Wonderful detail and fresh, soft quality and like the warm whites. Maybe raise the levels just a tiny bit.

Looks good, Denise. One of my favorite parts of this is in the LRC where the three petals fold in towards the center and how details softly melt away going out towards the frame.

Denise, is it just me or is there quite a bit of pink showing on the whites?

I like this composition, Denise. The repost is an improvement. The petal curving over the center adds interest and makes your subject appear bashful.

Very nice image, I think this would make a good print in a light airy room.

Well composed, I like the colors and the tiny petal makes it special.

Denise, I'm glad I waited to comment on this one. The OP was definitely too dark but the repost looks just right. That curved petal makes this one special.

Hi Denise. The repost is clearly an improvement and the curved petal is a very nice touch. I like the softness and subtle color tones of the petals. I think I would prefer a little more sharpness throughout the center portion of the flower, but that is largely a matter of personal taste. Well done.

    Hey Denise,
A little late.....but Happy Mothers day to you too! I think all the techs covered and repost worked them out. I think the comp works very well. Nicely done overall.

The repost works better for me--able to see more of the lovely center. I like the composition and the tight crop. The pinks look a little unnatural to me, but ....... Also, I find two competing points of attention--the lovely curved-in petal and the area where the petals come out in LRC. I think one of the other would work better for me. Or, maybe have all the center part in focus, or focus only on one area. Thanks for sharing!
