Mike, I really like your choice of filtering. Nice comp and a very colorful image. If it were mine I might evict the cut off car on the left edge of the frame. I have always wanted to photograph hot air balloons and take a ride on one, maybe someday!!

Awesome colors, processing, and I like the placement of the baloons forming a diagonal and a triangle in the frame. Agree on the vehicle. Well done.
