    Default Fox Hunt

    Leaving the beach where I was stalking various birds this AM this one was hunting towards me with the wind in the right direction. AIservo, HS Burst, f6.3 at 1/800 - 1D M3 - 500f4 handheld - Bob

    Bob,

    His colors work well with the FG/BG grasses. I like the look and you left room in front for him too look into. I tried opening up shadows in PS using Shadow/Highlight adjustment using Shadow: Amount 70, Tonal Width 40, Radius 30 and Midtone Contrast at +25. It looked good and revealed detail on the fox's left side.

    Nice capture BoB !!! Agree with Robert Not sure if you have something else in the burst but this one is not sharp This is one of the problems I had with the MK3 How are the others? Excellent capture !!!

    I goofed up my post on this and hit submit too soon and then had to run off. I also did a sharpening with
    USM 175 / 0.2 / 0 = 125 / 0.2 / 0 + 125 / 0.2 / 0. Here is the result. A bit more lightening in the face would help to improve further.

    A better light angle and going lower would have made this one much better.

    Nice capture. Love the environment you have captured the fox in. Roberts repost looks very good. Shows what can be achieved with the original.
