I had just parked my car, in the Chisos Mountains basin, in the Big Bend Area of Texas. I took my camera out of the car, turned around...and this is what greeted me....a Scott's Oriole in just lovely sun, feeding on these buds... I managed to fire off one image then it flew away but its a keeper...thanks for looking

excellent pose and perch, the bird looks a bit soft and small, maybe a tighter crop?

A dandy photo and I'm sure you are glad to add to the collection.

I like the pose as well as the perch.

To my eye it might be suffering a bit from some bright sun or least appears to be. and i might darken it up a bit.

    Frame looks great as well.

Paul, a wonderful shot, the perch is lovely, the BG excellent and the focus great. I like the composition. Dave might be right, just a tad bright, especially the birds left leg, but still, a very fine image.
