    Made this image of Grey Headed Warbler in Saat Tal , with D300, 200-400/F4 at F5.6, 400mm ,ISO 400 , 1/200 HH,

    Great hairdo here, nice inquisitive pose, well exposed.

    Overall nice BG, might consider toning down the brightest brown spot above his head, just a bit.

    From a comp standpoint, I might take a sliver off the top, which would also help reduce the dark area above his back.

    Lovely pose and i imagine you needed to be fast to catch it.

    Now that Randy has mentioned it I also like the idea of a tiny slive off the top.

    Bhai, I like the raised crest, and a species I havent see before. I could actually see this as a vertical - move him up a bit, and if you have room a little more at the bottom, and bring in the RHS. Im it will work. Just a thought.

    Like the alert pose and raised crest feathers. Good detail throughout. I like the idea of fixing the light and dark areas at the top of the frame, although the crop works for me as presented.
