    Good dof, sharp, well exposed. Nice look back pose.

    I might consider toning down some of the brightest branches in the background, and slightly reduce the brightness of the perch on the right side.

    I might also experiment with a small crop from the right to move the bird a bit more off center.

    First, this is a gorgeous little bird!
    Second, Ditto Randy.
    Third, in a perfect world part of the perch (in the lower left corner), would not be an OOF broken limb.

    Good suggestions above. I might have gone with f/7.1 or f/8 at the most; it would have softened the BG a bit more while still giving you enough DOF to get the entire bird in focus.
