    This Pied Currawong was raiding the grapevine in my backyard on an overcast day.

    Canon 40D, EF500 f/4, tripod, evaluative, ISO 800, 1/50, f/11, neat image noise reduction and photoshop processing.

    Interesting bird. Reminds me of a crow.....witht he tail of something like a kingbird. Great job getting him with the berry in his mouth. He looks good in and among the leaves with his head and enough of the body showing. Didn't look like you had the best light....but I think you did a good job with what you had. I might have put a little more room at the top and the bottom if it was cropped.

    Agree on the room Bird feels very tight in frame You did very well with the head angle and big plus having a snack !!!

    I like the setting with the leaves all around Does give it a special look !!!! Excellent !!!!

    I like the capture with the berry in the bill great timing I just wish the bird was more in the open. Nice Shot!!!
