    Hi Stuart,

    Good timing on this one. I like the position of the Eagle's head and wings and the stuff falling from it's feet. Perhaps a little shadow highlight in PS to bring out more details in the wing. A little more room on top would be good too.

    Thanks Jim, any room on top I would have to create, this crop is out of the camera. It was a really grey day in Homer. Ak. when this was taken & I was able to get really close before he took off. I will look at this again for the shadow/highlights.

    Fully agree with Jim !!! Particularly the room at the top !!!! Such a killer pose and look !!! Big Congrats !!!

    What a moment! Agree on adding more to the top, since the sky is clean, it shouldn't be a problem. Love the wing position, and also wish for a bit more stones to anchor the take off.

    (I am of course talking out of jealousy ;) )

    I like the pose, the timing, the drama of it, and the grit suspended in the air. I agree with the room on top, but that's easily fixed by adding an inch or two of canvas to the top in photoshop and duplicating the sky. If that's something you're comfortable doing ethically.
