Default Snail Kite in the clouds with Jim Neiger

This is an image from this evening made on board Jim Neiger's boat aka (kissimmee Jimmie) in Florida. Doug Brown and I had a great evening thanks to Jim and his extensive knowledge of kite behavior and habitat.

It was an incredible afternoon on Jim's boat! We had some spectacular opportunities, and you made the most of this one. Excellent sharpness, pose, and light.

Well done Arash! The only nit is the small sharpening halo around the talons.

Stunning shot, Arash. Doesn't get any better than that light. Excellent sharpness as usual.

Sweet light, wing position and just the right amount of head turn towards you. The hint of clouds add a lot.
