    Default Hello from Yorkshire

    Hi,

Another photography forum for me to spend time on!! I'm hoping that I'll be able to pick up lots of useful hints & tips to improve my photography.

I'm based in Ilkley, which is on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in the UK, and I'm a very enthusiastic bird photographer. However, I'm very much learning & I'm currently working with limited equipment, this being a Canon 450D & a Tokina 80-400mm zoom.

Some of my efforts so far can be seen on my Flickr pages - http://www.flickr.com/photos/28021551@N06/ - comments always welcomed.

A warm welcome Richard, trust you will spend more time here.

I am sure you will find all that you need right here and by the looks of it, you like Avian, then you have found the right roost.

Seems like you have covered all the local spots with some nice stuff, will try to get to Farnes myself before it closes for the season later in July .

    cheers
