I think this works very nicely! I don't mind the rock being cut it the FG....you chose an excellent spot to do it! Just the right amount of softness and great balance with the sky. Very nicely doen overall!
I agree with Roman, the FG rock's location and cropping is just right. There is enough of it to satisfy the eye/brain need to see what it is. Situations like this with rocks in the FG you have to frame it somehow, and Kaushik got it right with the cropping there.
The rocks also form a good arcing leading line to the sun and BG.
Wonderful composition I especially like how the rocks lead the viewers eyes through the frame to that beautiful rising sun.
