This afternoon I looked out my den window and I saw this little fellow checking out the house in the ash tree. I went and got the camera and this was the result. It was an overcast day and the light was soft and I thought the image was a good one so I thought I would share it with everyone and thank the Lord that spring is finally here. Wheeler:

Nice exposure, color in the background.

The birds head is a little soft for me, perhaps some motion blur, as the perch at about the same distance seems sharper.

I like the tail up, but feel it would be better over all if the head was back our way a bit.

I would consider a modest crop from above, it feels like too much negative space above to me.

    Cheers

    Randy

Hi Wheeler, I think something went wrong with the downsizing of this image as quality is pretty low. You can send me a PM if you need some advice as to resizing.

    Hey Mac,
Have to agree with Ofer on the IQ. Worth a rework!
