Ian, I think this is one of the best images you've ever posted. That water is almost as beautiful as the bird! Excellent exposure and choice of ss. You might pull the brightest whites back just a hair so they don't give off that bright white "glow" but that's up to you. I'd also think about running a little bit of green over the light blue streak running horizontally through the bird's head to tone it down just a bit and blend it with the rest of the BG. Either way - an excellent image!

Excellent image.
I am not absolutely sure, but maybe the image could use a slight CCW rotation to level the BG behind the bird. I suggest change nothing else.
