Hi Wayne,
I like the look of the image, the habitat looks great, the sharpness is good, and I like the comp. The exposure is the only problem I see with the image. The right side of the subject is too hot and lacking detail.

Hey Wayne,
Like your image, would like to see a little desaturation in the background, the whites on the right side of your bird is a wee bit hot, and you can add some canvas to the left of the frame or crop just a tad to the right; whatever it takes to get the bird off center...:D
