Default Wrongful Discharge/Whistleblower Lawsuit For Standing Up for the Woodstorks

As you all may know, when I'm not shooting, I'm practicing employment law. Since this is now public record, I'm posting the link to the whistleblower/wrongful discharge lawsuit I just filed in Orange County, Fla. on behalf of Michael Godwin against Gatorland. Many folks here have wondered what happened, this will answer those questions.

A lamentable series of events, indeed. I hope common sense prevails and you are successful.

Kick as*, Michael! In another life, in another lifetime, I did the same types of cases. Are you a member of Trial Lawyers For Public Justice? Cheers, Jay

"Nature Interpreted" - Photography begins with your mind and eyes, and ends with an image representing your vision and your reality of the captured scene; photography exceeds the camera sensor's limitations. Capturing and Processing landscapes and seascapes allows me to express my vision and reality of Nature.

Here's the link to the Orlando Sentinel's article on the case.

Jay, I'm just a labor and employment attorney who loves to photograph birds. When Michael learned I practiced employment law and told me what happened, I knew I had to take the case. I especially love wood storks as well so it was the perfect match.

I read the entire document - WOW. Talk about an arrogant company.
All the best for the Storks, Michael and Michael.

Hey, you are not "just" a labor and employment attorney; you are a Labor and Employment Attorney!!

In another life I too was also a Labor and Employment Attorney representing most of the Fire Fighter Associations from Santa Barbara to San Diego, California negotiating their collective employment contracts with the various local governments.

You know what: I loved it and I do not miss it for one moment.

    Life rocks!!

    Give 'em ****, Harry!! Michael

I have been meaning to compliment Michael for the complaint--It reads like a story without a lot of legal mumbo jumbo--I wish more lawyers wrote that way.
