    Hi Editor :)

Was this at Green Cay? If it was, you had no way to make it a lower angle.

Nice pose on the tricolor and good exposure. I find the water a bit distracting because it is so sharp. Can you do layers in PE?

If you can, blur the water a little bit with Gaussian blur, the clean the bird.
I will post a link to two images I redid yesterday with PS instructions.

    Hugs :)

Hey Lance, Once again, thanks for telling me about this wonderful forum!!!! For those of us with lots to learn, like myself, it's wonderful!!! I know it distracts from the bird, but I love the water in this one!!! It would be great if you could go vertical and get the entire reflection. Also would have been great if this beauties head was turned more to the right. I like the ripple reflections on the bird.

Hi, Dave. Great to see you in here!!!

I agree with you about showing the whole reflection, but just I couldn't get it in the shot. There was a baby behind me in a stroller, and by the time I threw the stroller off the boardwalk to give myself more room, it was too late. I'm gonna go with Fabs' suggestion about the blurring and see if that helps.

I guess I should mention I took the baby out of the stroller first. Well, I'm pretty sure I did.

    Lance,

I like it as it is. It is very graphic looking. Where you cut the reflection is OK. You know, when I am there, I don't even wait for the other persons, kids, strollers, etc. to get in the way, I toss them in as a preventative measure.;)
