    Interesting image. Like the interaction and action. I might remove the crane at left that is ignoring the rest.
    Believe the intersection of the canal or ditch with the dancing crane is somewhat distracting. Possibly a higher or lower camera position (or lower bird position) would have gotten it out of the way.

    Dan:

    The landing bird and the one below it show very interesting interaction.
    The image looks very 'cool' to me, perhaps warm it up a bit.
    I could see a crop from the right to eliminate the two right birds and increase the image size of the interacting birds, if the IQ will tolerate it.

    Good point by Richard about the canal, which is a very strong visual element in this picture.
    You might try selectively toning it down to see if it helps downplay its visual impact.
