Great behavioral shot - looks like it ate a bowling ball. Sharpness on the main subject is very good, as is the exposure -- you might be able to lighten the overall image slightly. The slightly OOF bird in the FG is a bit of a distraction. There is a snippet of a leaf peaking out of the right frame that I would clone out.
Would be helpful if you would post your shooting parameters.

Wow - I am assuming that bulge is normal? Great colour in your shot. What is the species?
Good comments by John. I would add that I think a bit of eye-doctoring on the upper bird would help give a better point of focus - my attention is drawn to the bright red eye of the lower bird first rather than the upper one which should be the focus. I would also note that there are some visible halos - notably around the rump of the lower bird and the left flank of the upper bird.
Please include your shooting data in the post - it will help critiques.
First, a question: are these Sacred Ibis???

Jeff this bird has a very dark eye - the red that you can see on the lower bird is the red mucosa eye socket lining. I can add red to the upper bird's eye but it would not be natural. I will check the halos. Many thanks for the comments
