Very nice... I didn't realize they had this greenish color on the wings.. Nicely shown.

You handled the harsh light situation beautifully.
Compelling image, nice and sharp. Did you try burning in the forward wing? Perhaps an S&H adjustment? There may be some more detail and color there, as well as more detail in the whites.

Other than a smattering of JPEG induced blinkies the WHITES showed as fine. A 90% Linear Burn brought back density and detail to the back. Otherwise you did as well as you could in a tough situation with the bird well above you and the bright sun....
