    On my way back from St. Pete, I stopped by Marco to check on the Burrowing Owls. Plenty of nests and some of them were waiting to say hello.

    Lovely bird Mike Did you check on the nest right before Tigertail Beach? I know they were constructing a house next door so they might have decided to leave!! The had four little ones last Never seen so many !!!

    didn't make it that way. I basically take collier and turn on barfield and check there and bald eagle and the area near the library and park. lots of empty lots with nests marked off. haven't seen babies so it may be early ....

    Looks like you didn't have much light.....but the owl is still nice. I always love those big eyes. Well done.
