Love the playful action of these two cubs here Stephen, especially the leading one with both front paws airborne. You can clearly see the rudder like effect of their tails even at this early stage of their lives. I am seeing a slight pink cast on the cubs, easily fixed of course.
Were these guys part of the famous 6?

Excellent Stephen, like the action, cubs are nicely place in the frame and also I like the front paws off the ground TFS

Stephen - great action and a cuteness factor. The slight cast that Marc mentions is most visible on the tail of the lead cub. I love the almost airborn look of the first cub and the look of intensity and concentration on the second. I also like how the grass frames the image on the lhs. Well done.

I too notice the magenta cast

Still great action captured and would love to have this in my files.
Was it already late morning or mid afternoon? Would have been nice to get some colour in their eyes

Thanks guys. Cast noted. Here's a repost.

Morkel, the light has to be almost perfect in order to get colour in their eyes. My ps attempts at lightening them look artificial I'm afraid.

I understand Stephen - just stating a wish :) I have many cheetah shots with little or no colour in the eyes so I know the frustration

repost sorts out the colour - at least on the monitor I'm viewing on now

FWIW, Your orig image was in color space ProPhoto RGB. This might cause color cast differences depending on the viewer's browser. Somebody please correct me if wrong, but I think sRGB would be a safer profile (than ProPhoto) when showing here (or on web in general). With browser Firefox 3.6 I did also see it with magenta cast, repost looks good.
