    Nice image, love the DOF. Maybe a small reflector could have helped soften some of the shadows just a touch???

    It's a fine composition. Simple but effective ! I think though as is the image looks a bit flat. Here's my take of it:



    I brightened up the flowers and darkened the background.

    I also really like the nice simple and effective composition.

    I also looked at your previous post and comment about natural lighting and preferences and understand that.

    Still if mine I would lighten and brighten even more than Desmond's post.

    I really like the nice clean and complimentary bg.

    Hi Ovidiu. Another very nice image! I like the comp, DOF, and the background. You handled the whites well and there is good detail in the shadows. I also like Desmond's repost as it has more punch - I guess it depends on personal taste and the look you are going for. Well done.

    Three perky beauties!! The bg works really well to complement the flowers. I like the light. I also like the brighter repost. Your region is ahead of ours as these little beauties are not yet blooming for me.
