    Great Kiskadee

    Workshop: Alamo, South Texas

    D3, 300, ISO 1250, f5.6, 1/5000.

Here's one from our workshop in South Texas. We were able to get some pre-focused flight shots of the Kiskadees, Woodpeckers and Orioles as they flew in to grab a placed grape on top of a pole. So much addictive fun :-)

Cropped tighter to show detail for this forum.

He may have been going after a grape but he's looking right at you which is icing on this cake. What a treat to see.

I love this image. It's a great capture with the wing and tail feathers spread. Sharpness is superb. The colors and background really make it pop.
