    Should have posted this one for St Patrick's day ;)
    These little critters invade my Jasmine vine every year - always good to try out new macro techniques.

    Canon EOS 3, Canon 100mm macro, ISO 100, Flash x2, F22, Tripod.

    Simple and beautiful One suggestion since you don't have all of the leave why not crop a tad from the right and some from the left One fine image John Big Congrats !!!! ... and you are a demon with the scanner !!!!

    Great work! I think the image would be even stronger if there were just a single stem in the frame, but I like this very much as is. The amount of detail in your subject, and the soft light make this image for me.

    I might have liked the whole left leaf in as it has a wonderful curve........ but as is..... it's still a wonderful shot as presented,
