Beautiful flared wing position Troy. I like the way the wings virtually fill the frame.
The main problem you have is the phase angle of the sun in relation to your head angle. HA is good but the phase angle of the sun means that that side of the face is not lit up. Maybe some dodging would open up that side. This will give a better connection with the bird.
