Image is from the south west coast of Norway. I am missing data, because my computer crashed. Picture taken last autumn

It is a juvie Sanderling in fresh plumage. The image looks relatively sharp. As presented it it about two stops too dark. Have you calibrated your monitor? For the repost I lightened it and added some canvas to the bottom because it was very tight down there..... It may need a bit of CW rotation.

A more traditional composition would have the bird on our left but I do like the balance that the seaweed adds..... A SQ crop might work well with this one.

I like this a lot. The movement and the balance of the bird and seaweed does it for me. First image is too dark
and the repost looks good to me. Wow you are low - were you in a fox hole? Just kidding. While not tack sharp this image works for me. TFS

This is a really nice composition, Geir! Love the super low angle, interesting off balance pose, seaweed, and like how the color & texture of the sand in FG compliments the color & texture of the feathers. Well done!

Thanks for the feedback. I bought a new PC and monitor last fall. The monitor is not calibrated, it should be done quickly.

I love the sense of motion here Geir, with the Sanderling doing what it does best- dodging and swerving to avoid being photographed!
