Gator Toon

I had fun with this one. I started by finding and trying out several tutorials on how to create a cartoon effect without purchasing any additional software or plug-ins. After some experimentatoin, this is what I came up with. I created the effect by applying Filter-Poster Edges, adjusting Brightness/Contrast, applying Filter-Cut Out, fine-tuning with shadow/highlight, adding the dialogue shape and text. Enjoy!
