    Gus,

    Love the simplicity of the composition. The complimentary colors of blue and orange work wonderfully as well as the painted effect. One of my favorites of yours. Well done.

    Gus, I really like this a lot! The composition and complimentary colors as Richard noted and also the slight gradient are wonderful. There seems to be a light blotchy spot about halfway up the stick from the right side of the orieole's foot.

    I agree w/ the above comments, one of my favorites of yours too. The golden orange is a nice contrast to the pale blue BG. Lovely!

    Gus, please tell me you are making all these Fotosketcher images into a line of greeting cards? They are absolutely beautiful and I could really see a market for them.

    This one is beautiful as well but right on the edge of maybe being too dark. I wish there was a little more detail in the blacks but its still a big hit as far as I'm concerned. You do amazing work with this program!

    So nice to see your garden guest again. Wonderful capture, comp and processing. Agree with Julie, would make a great series of cards!

    Hi Folks;

    Thanks for the kind words. I agree with you about the notecards, I have 110 different templates in a folder, and every time I get a nicer one, I retire one for the new one. Bird folks like more bird & less background, so I make allowances, delivered a bunch this last week. Could sell more, but at 87 I prefer more down time. Today started out at 90 F, but ended up the day at 110 F in the shade. This is also the biggest day for Snowbirds to leave. I love them as they are a big boost to our economy. Know what they call a water bed in Green Valley? The Dead Sea! Select back to ? for answer.

    Warm regards

    Gus

    Another beautiful bird painting Gus! You really have a large variety of birds there.

    I don't know how you put up with the hot temperatures out there. I was in Phoenix once when it was 118 and it was awful.
