    Default Shoveler in spot light

Another image from last weekend. It was overcast most of the day but for a few minutes sun came out shining god rays on this fellow and created this lightning effect. BG is water. Hope you like it.

Wonderful light you have got him in . The side on pose makes it beautiful . Looks a wee bit oversharpened , but then I am on my office laptop...maybe the screen to blame.

Beautiful light and pose. I love the rich black bill against the dark purple bg. I might have been tempted to do a little work on the eye, and maybe a tad more room on the right. But a fine image as usual.

Arash, I like this with the darker BG. Overall, good detail and find the sharpness spot on. I would maybe take a little off the bottom, ( just underneath the white of the reflection ) and a slither off the top.

    Arash,
Love it just the way it is. Really like the mood that is set by the dark BG. As for the light, it only takes a minute to make a nice shot like this. Congratulations!

Good for you to be able to capture the moment. The lighting is excellent and really highlights the Shoveler from the bg.

    Colours look spot on.

    Very well done.

Sharp with excellent details, good exposure with nice low angle. I might crop a just a tiny bit off the left. Another great image from you.

Sweet shot, Arash. Love the spotlight effect with the soft light and the dark bg. Perfect exposure as well.
