    Canon 1D2, EF600mmF4IS, 1.4x, Gitzo & Wimberly, ISO 400, Evaluative metering,1/200 @ F6.3. -2/3 exp comp for the dark BG and to preserve highlights..

    Chickadees make wonderful subjects with their attitudes and his pose shows this off. I like the simplicity of this image as well as the nice even, green BG. What I really like most is the bug......nice touch!! This is probably just a nit but I might like a little more DOF.

    Nice image, Dale! I like the pose and clean bg, but the bug is what makes it special.

    Love the pose on this little guy and the bug just puts it over the top, Nice capture Dale !!
