An enhanced wild bald eagle silhouette captured along the Des Moines River in SE Iowa. Thanks to the recent blog post by Arthur Morris suggesting the bright and colorful silhouettes as an alternative to the broad daylight images of bald eagles, I followed suit with this image from the Midwest. Nikon D300 80-400VR @400mm f8 1/640th ISO 800 cropped, pp ACR & PSE8. When processing I used a soft light blend mode. (My first post here at BPN so please excuse if the posting is faulty.)
