Here's another image from the farm where I work. This is an old, rundown coop on the property, perfect material for "old" photos!

I used four textures on this, three from Shadowhouse and one of my own. Comments and suggestions would be most appreciated.

Christopher, you're making me really miss upstate NY.

This is lovely, and the textures are wonderfully done.

This kind of reminds me of an old chicken coop we had on our property where I grew up.
It was just about as run down as this one! Nice one, Chistopher

Christopher, you have captured the essence of dilapidation. Great job as always. You need to make a coffee table book of your images!

I almost believe this was taken last century...you are a master of the vintage, textured look...well done Christopher

Christopher, this is a wonderful, antique and rustic image. I love the tones and textures you have achieved here. I think you've given the old place a new life.

That's what our chicken coop will look like if we don't take care of it!

As always, lovely texture work. I especially like the vines and grasses growing up and in and araound the structure.

Do you mind a couple of suggestions? I would rotate it CCW just a tiny amount, and use curves to brighten it up a bit--it is a bit too dark for me.

Looking forward to more photos from your new farm.

Wow, another fantastic use of textures to create an old photo look. Well done.

    Thanks everyone. Much appreciated!

Thanks for the suggestions, Anita. I had considered rotating it a little, but if I remember correctly the coop is indeed tilted like this and the BG trees look pretty straight.

Love everything about it, Christopher. Easy to relate this to places we have seen. Wonder if this might be a subject of some future HDR images???

Thanks Steve! HDR has never really captured my fancy, but maybe sometime I'll experiment with that.
