    Again from Fort Desoto. I spent my second morning with a wet butt after photoing this guy fishing for an hour. I wish I could show little more details on that wing but the sun came out just when I had my best opportunity.

    Like that low angle and the fish really adds to the image.

    Terrific low angle, and good job on the exposure. I'm sure there is more details to extract from that wing - experiment with the recovery and/or highlights sliders in your raw converter of choice.

    Love the catch, and the fact we see the fish face towards us. Comp-wise I'd crop off a bit more below, and although the wavelet looks neat I really wish it would have been behind the legs rather than in front.

    P.S. awesome breeding colours on this fella!!

    I like this a lot...The exp is spot on and the IQ looks great...Lovely angle with rippled water...Looks like the breeding colors

    I have spent many happy hours at Ft. Desotos. Beautiful photograph...love the catch...was this taken recently?

    Nice pic!
    If you can't recover from RAW you can do a highlight recovery in PS...
