This is a stunning capture of a Snowy, Don. I love raised foot, the reflection, the toes and the water droplets off of the foot. The HA is perfect. It seems to have all come together nicely here.

Love the raised foot and the little drops of water. The reflection of the ripples on the body are also nice as well.

    Don,
Beautiful bird and beautiful pose and reflection. There seems to be little feather detail on my laptop monitor (not that the image is saturated). This appears to be due to the low phase angle thus lacking micro shadows that give that texture. Looks like 10 degrees or less phase angle.

(If people haven't noticed, I'm trying to get everyone to think about phase angle too along with all the other things we need to think about in the field.)

Nice image and Egret Don. Your timing is perfect for the placement of the foot which makes this image special.

I like the raised foot and droplets...Seems to lack a little detail in some of the whites though...Nicely done Don

I like the stately pose with the raised foot, together with the water reflection cast across the wing. Comp works well, although I would have maybe cropped off the body part of the reflection, and just left the leg and foot.
