    Default Snow on the beach

From Malibu Lagoon, this snowy was foraging in the surf at sunset. I evicted some very bright specular highlights and toned down the highlights of the water at the top of the image.

Kerry, the whites on this are beautiful and that dark blue water really sets them off nicely. I find the top 1/3 of the image a bit distracting as it doesn't flow as nicely as the rest of the water. I'm wondering if you sampled the blue water and then did a wash with a soft brush at a low opacity if that would help it blend in just a bit more? Otherwise, I really like this...especially the movement in the feet and the angle of his body/head.

Jules, great idea! I'll give it a try and post here. Thanks!

Used a brush in color mode as Jules suggested on the upper part of the image, where sand was washing in with the surf.

Hi Kerry- I don't see how this can be improved. I really like it as presented. I could reel off all the techs but everything from the light to the sharpness are spot on.
