    Default Evening Light Cactus Wren

Here's a Cactus Wren perched on - well - whatcha expect!? The image was taken in the last light of the evening just before sunset. My mind still isn't made up on colour temperature - too warm?

Wonderful pic. Lovely light, great perch, real nice detail. I really like the temperature of the pic and the composition is wonderful. Well done.

I like this Dick. The color temp looks fine to me.. I like the details in the cactus and the HA has a nice slight turn toward the viewer.

    Jeff"

The light looks perfect to me. Sharp, well exposed, great eye, strong sense of the environment and yet a perfectly clear shot at the bird.

With the pose, the framing is a bit of a challenge. I might look at a version with a sliver more on the right if you have it, but very nice as is.

Very lovely light and you captured a nice pose/HA. The background compliments the image nicely. I agree with Randy, I think it's a little tight in the frame and would add a bit to the top and right but, of course, cropping is always so subjective.

That's a lot of bird in the frame. Have you cropped this image? Maybe try some looser comps if you have and see how you like it. Everything else looks superb to me and I really like the clear eye and interesting perch.

I would'nt change that gorgeous light. Nice exposure and detail on the Wren with great eye contact.
