Excellent banking pose, works the diagonal of the frame well, very good lighting, well exposed, snowy background sets the season.
Overall sharpness very good, might do a bit more selective sharpening on the eye.
I would very lightly tone down the darkest horizontal line in the background.
Good job.
PS: The maximum allowed vertical size is 800, so your linked image is too tall.
