    Rakesh:

Sharp, nice angle (shooting and bird in frame)

Remarkably clean sand overall. I would probably smooth out/remove the grey band intersecting the head. The shell is a puzzler. Normally I wouldn't do any thing with it, but the beach is so clean, it really draws the eye, I might try a version without it to see if I liked it better.

I might also consider a minor crop from the top.

    Cheers

I really like the simple background which complements this image so well. I agree with Randy about the banding near the head.

If you have the room, I'd love to see the bird a little lower in the bottom right of the image, with a little more background.

    Great exposure.

lovely simple image .. I don't mind the shell but do agree that the band near the head is distarcting and you have some dust particles showing above and below the shell.

Really lovely. he pops out beautifully against the soft background

I agree with previous comments about a bit of cropping to bring him down right a bit

Such a delicate looking little bird. Nice image with good light and detail. Like the clean wide open space putting the bird right in its environment.

I love the soft feel to the sand. I also like the overall mood to the image. I agree with the faint band touching the head. I would have been OK with the shell had it been placed differently (e.g. in front of the plover, but not too close) and I also agree with comp suggestions.

Looking at your techs I'd advise in upping the ISO for better shutter speeds...just to maximize your chances for consistant sharpness.

very nice IQ and exposure...The colors are soft and natural...I like the low angle. I agree with a rework of the crop, maybe a sliver on the bottom an a good amount on the top
