I guess this is the part where I apologize for the weekly theme. I thought it would be fun but I seem to be the only one having any fun. On the bright side, it made Christopher's job a lot easier this time.

Another Droid X capture, using an app called "CameraFun Pro". I love the pro part, makes me feel accomplished. I did a spin blur of a house plant using the "chalk" setting and used that as a base image. Then used some Pixel Bender "Little Planet" filter to swirl it even more. Then used "Image Tricks" (the $20 wonder) to add some color effects. Will post the original as well.

Kerry, I love the original, Very cool B&W. It reminds me of an underground tunnel-way cool. Sorry but my phone camera is a very poor quality.

I have a camera in my cell phone. But the only time I've used it is when it decided on it's own to start firing off pictures while I was driving and I had to figure out how to make it stop doing that

Yeah, Kerry, this is shaping up to be the easiest week ever to judge! Very cool image and I love the title! I don't even have a cell phone, so that's my excuse.

Ok now..I have been out all week taking images and converting them for this theme....we all have phones, lets get out there....Nice work on the swirls, Kerry...you can really get creative....we have the technology...

This is what happens when (an)droid meets Techno-geek Seemingly innocuous image turns to a vortex... perhaps a late stage supernova turning to a black hole. Really a fun transformation, Kerry!
