    Default Ladies enjoy a bit of Gossip

    Hi Folks;

    Had first time visitors in our garden this morning, a pair of Bullock's Orioles. Our resident Mrs Gila Woodpecker chatted up Mrs Oriole, and they had a merry time exchanging the latest neighbourhood gossip while enjoying the suet. Might just see them in the latest grocery checkout tattler. In case you missed them, here's a copy.

    CC's always welcome & very much appreciated.

    Gus, I think you took an image that would be viewed as a bit busy and made it interesting. Cute title adds to it. I like the processing. At first I was up in the air about the framing but it kind of makes you feel like you are looking through a plastic window which goes well with the image.

    I like your painting Gus, and it's a nice base image of the two birds also.

    Your guests - in their beautiful attire - have been enhanced by your processing skills, Gus! Very nice. I also like the bands of color with clouds in the bg.

    Gus, nice job taking an image that would normally be considered very ordinary and transforming it into a beautiful work of art. I love all the bright, fun colors, and very nice poses and painting effect.

    Gus, I agree with Denise - the frame gave me a moment of hesitation...and then I loved it. The colors and the interaction between the birds are the real stars here...it kept my attention and had me bouncing all over to see what else I could see.

    BTW - I got my box today. Thank you!!!
