I saw where Adobe has issued a recall on their 1.4 update for Lightroom. I don't know all the details. I understand they recommend an uninstall. I received Lightroom 1.1 two weeks ago and I had to load 1.2 and 1.3. What happening?

We've actually got a (short) thread about it here: http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ead.php?t=7699. The short of it is that LR 1.4 was extremely buggy so Adobe pulled the update as quickly as they could. Unfortunately, I had already updated my laptop when I was on a trip and didn't realize that what I thought was flaky behavior on behalf of my laptop was actually flaky behavior on behalf of Lightroom!
