Beautiful Rosi !!!!! Excellent timing I like the behavior captured and all with a good bg Would suggest a little more room top and bottom and moving to the right to avoid a merge between feathers and leaves I know that is difficult since you were clear when the bird started to display !!! Excellent !!!

Very elegant pose you got with the Heron here. The bird looks a little bright, and more room at top would be nice.

Excellent image creation!!! As Daniel mentioned it does look a tad bit bright on my monitor also and I am sure you can correct it using the digital tools available thesedays. Other than that it is a beautiful image. Congratulations!

    Cheers,

Nice one, Roxana. This bird was especially cooperative! This looks fine to me as presented and I am sure that you have some wider ones as well. I had a hard time exposing for the whites and not having the rest of the image look too dark, but it looks like you handled it well here. Was this from your brief time on the picnic table?!

Nice image of this GBH. I really like the behavior and pose shown here. Nice bg too which can be difficult at Venice. It seems a little overexposed to me too, but this is easily fixed in PS. I also think it would benefit from a little more space on top and bottom.

Thanks everyone for your comments. Milo, I don't think that is one of them, as a matter of fact I was so involved in my fear of heights as you all noticed that I don't even think I got one there.

Great job Roxana. I wonder if he ever found a mate. His display certainly merited attention.

    Enjoyed you company.
