Here's one from the Bosque last November. I had great luck with a couple of Harriers over the span of a couple of days. This image was taken in some sweet late afternoon light.

Doug, a beautiful image. As for sharpness, I have found that the feathers around their head that help them hear so well tend to give them a softer look. (Pane 2 comment) Only small things that I can see that might tweak this fine image a bit would be to tone the bright spot upper right corner and separate the beak a bit from the background.
