Well, there was so much detail in this one that I had to take it down to 42 quality for jpeg conversion. >sigh< Oh well, hope you like... This is some geranium leaves with some baby tears underneath, right outside my front door.

Captured with my Droid X, which features an 8 megapixel camera. It has a mechanical shutter and dual flash. I have several "apps" on it for photography, and this particular one can do an in-camera quad flip. Who knew? I can even make phone calls with the camera!

Three layers of Topaz filters - Adjust, Detail, and Clean. Resulting image then went to Nik CFX Pro for the "low key" effect. I will post the original too, just for grins.

The original right from the phone. I mean camera...

Obviously not an 8-MP image, this effects application only runs at 1024x768.

Wow! Great art from a phone, Kerry. Amazing repetitive geometry with the quad flip and I love the depth and richness to the greens. Thanks for sharing the original.

That is amazing it originated from phone camera. You really did a great job with the processing to bring the image to life. Love the stylized detail in the leafs and the many rich shades of green. Terrific work Kerry!

Outstanding detail and colors from your processing. Gotta love those Topaz filters, and the flip in phone is amazing!
