    Default In-flight Canada Goose

Here's an outgoing Canada Goose at Gilbert Water Ranch (Arizona). I'd have preferred a little more room for the bird in the frame, but it went by very close and what you see is a only a slight crop from the top and the right.

    Hey Jeff,
You 've got great details in the CG and the sharpness loks pretty good to me too. If you are ok with such things......darkening the BG a few points will really take this up a notch. Not too much as you don't wan tthe goose to merge with the BG.....but just a bit to make the light just a touch softer. Nice pose capture...one of my favorites as it show off the wings nicely!

Details and sense of movement are very intense Jeff, great angle and just an all around beautiful picture.

killer shot bud, I just added a titch of contrast, and some sharpening, (maybe too much), as I am working off a basic laptop.

    also, maybe a bit warm?

Great shot, always love the downbeat wings. Very sharp. As far as Roman's comments, would darkening the background help or would lightening the background be better??? Just curious.

Hi Jeff, very nice shot. Sharp, exposure looks good, fantastic wing down position. Maybe a little tight in the frame but still looks real nice.

Hi Jeff, a real 3D effect in this, and separated from the BG nicely. Sharp where it counts, and overall well exposed.

Great pose, and in this case I don't mind the tighter crop. I like the faint hint of habitat. I thgought the sharpness was good on the OP, but I like the contrast boost of the repost - especially along the gooses's back.

Great eye contact and wing position. Nice job with the exposure. The repost takes this frame up a notch IMO.
