    Default Red Fox

I captured this fox just at sunrise this am from an upstairs window. I was really looking for birds and the fox just popped out from behind the rocks! I wish the background was less busy.

Great pose, nice healthy coat, and I personally like the busy BG. Its provides a nice hint of the habitat. Just needs a little lightening of the eyes/face for my taste.

Have to agree with Steve on this one, just a tad of lightening would work wonders.

Busy BG's are rarely avoided in wildlife photography

BG was unavoidable here, but you've made up for it with a nice sideways/eye contact, agree on a touch more lighting on the face.

Nancy, what a gorgeous visitor to your place and I think you've captured a really lovely pose here. I like the raised foot and the inquisitive look on the fox's face. Very nice colours and I like the habitat you've shown us.

Good look back pose from the fox, thus he was aware of you. I like the snowy BG, and as Ken stated, its very seldom we have an uncluttered BG in wildlife.

Nancy - great mid-stride pose with the head turn towards you. Nice colors and I don't mind the bg. A good suggestion for a little lightening of the face.

nice moment here Nancy! good suggestions already given - on top of that I would selectively sharpen the fox's face a tad more. They are lovely creatures - just want to cuddle that fluffy fur hehe

BG is OK with me, you got what you got. I love the prissy pose here. Like a lady!
