    A paticularly brave individual who let me apprach him very very close , almost till the MFD of my lens . This is 80% of the frame .

    Canon 1D Mk III
    1/200
    f 7.1
    ISO 200
    -2/3rd exposure compensation.

    Pretty impressive to be able to get in this close.
    Pretty good DOF. You certainly had room to get more DOF because of your low ISO and the neutral bg wasn't much of a concern, but effective as is.

    The shadowing of the eyes caused by the light angle is unfortunate.

    Which lens were you using?

    Too bad about the light angle and eye shadow for sure, but I love these close ups. I wonder if the Owlet was brave or afraid?

    Thanx Randy ,
    Used the 600mm f4 IS for this one . The shadow was accentuated by the fact that there was no room to go to the right to compensate for the shadow as there was a canal there .

    The particular individual is a regular one in the park and is quite used to photographers , as I gather from the guide I had .
