Killer water drop!! Wonderful image of a species I'd be lucky to get anything of FF with 400mm up here.

Nice one! Lovely low angle and the water hanging off the birds bill is a great addition!

I have dreamed of an image of like this, it is so beautiful. Droplet is icing on the cake. Technically speaking, your exposure control is perfect, bringing out details in the blacks and whites. Another great addition to your collection!

Beautiful shot, KD. The eye looks so alive and you caught the water drop perfectly. Shovelers are so beautiful.

    Perfect always works for me!

The low angle, water, BG, water drop, head angle, and excellent techs all came together very nicely!

    Big congrats!

If this is a crop, the only small tweak I might consider would be trading just a tiny bit more room (about half the height of your text) at the bottom for the same amount less at the top.

What an amazing photo. Great low angle shot, nice eye contact and tack sharp. Wonderful background and as stated already the water drop puts this image over the top. Well done.
